At Dayang Resort, we strive to provide the best experience for all our guests. However, we understand that sometimes plans change. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a reservation.

1. Reservation Cancellations

• More than 7 days before check-in:
  You will receive a full refund of your payment.

• 3–7 days before check-in:
  You will receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount.

• Less than 3 days before check-in or no-show:
  No refund will be issued.

2. Changes to Booking Dates

• You may request a date change up to 72 hours before check-in, subject to availability.

• Only one date change is allowed per booking.

3. Early Check-Out

• No refund is provided for early check-out unless caused by emergency or force majeure, and is subject to manager approval.

4. Non-Refundable Promotions

• Some discounted or promotional bookings may be non-refundable. These will be clearly marked at the time of booking.

5. Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days through the original method of payment.

• Bank processing time may vary depending on your provider.
