1. Booking & Payments

• A reservation is only confirmed once full or partial payment has been received.

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed bookings will not be affected.

• Guests must be at least 18 years old to make a booking.

2. Check-In / Check-Out

• Check-in time: 14:00 WIB

• Check-out time: 12:00 WIB

• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Identification & Security Deposit

• All guests must present a valid ID (KTP/passport) at check-in.

• A refundable security deposit may be required for certain room types or group bookings.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellation and refund policies apply as per our Refund Policy (see separate page).

• No refunds for no-shows or early check-outs unless approved by management under special circumstances.

5. Use of Resort Facilities

• Guests are expected to use all facilities (e.g. pool, café, gym, fishing area, etc.) responsibly.

• Management is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Smoking is not allowed inside rooms (designated smoking areas are available).

• No illegal substances, loud parties, or disruptive behavior.

• Pets are not allowed unless pre-approved.

7. Liability

• While we take safety seriously, Dayang Resort is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or loss caused by misuse of facilities or non-compliance with resort rules.

8. Changes to Terms

• Dayang Resort reserves the right to update or change these terms without prior notice. Updated terms will be posted on our website.
